Job Summary: Agriness is seeking a mid-level Python developer to join its backend team, focusing on the development and maintenance of scalable microservices using Django REST Framework. For this role, we seek a mid-level Python developer to join our backend team, working on the development and maintenance of scalable microservices using Django REST Framework. You will operate in a continuous delivery environment, contributing from architectural design through to production deployment. **Responsibilities and Duties** We expect you to: * Develop and maintain microservices using Python and Django REST Framework; * Adhere to quality standards defined by Agriness; * Model and optimize PostgreSQL queries and schemas; * Design and version RESTful APIs between services; * Write automated tests (unit and integration); * Participate in code reviews and technical decisions; * Monitor and debug services in production; * Share best practices across the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** Essential qualifications: * 3+ years of Python experience in production projects; * Solid experience with Django and Django REST Framework; * Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL (tuning, indexes, transactions, migrations); * Experience with microservice architecture and asynchronous communication; * Experience with Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes or similar); * Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar); * Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
