The intern will support a dual-focus team that combines two critical perspectives: commercial and customer success. The role will involve supporting customers within our installed base—addressing both commercial requests and relationship management throughout the customer journey. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to grow in the sales field, starting with a more consultative, supportive, and hands-on learning approach, under close guidance from experienced professionals. Learn more about the area: Our team manages relationships with active customers, serving as a support point for: * Clarifying commercial inquiries * Assisting with billing issues * Routing requests to responsible departments * Understanding customer needs and pain points * Supporting organization of information and service history Initially, interns will manage a reduced customer portfolio without individual sales targets, enabling full focus on learning, routine establishment, and development toward future direct involvement in sales activities. Interns will receive dedicated support and guidance from an experienced executive. **Program Details:** Undergraduate students currently enrolled in higher education programs, with valid enrollment through the end of the 2026 cycle, in fields aligned with available positions.
