Job Summary: An IT intern to provide technical support, hardware and software maintenance, and network account management for a horizontal residential condominium company. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support to users and maintenance of computer equipment. 2. Installation and configuration of applications and printers. 3. Creation and configuration of network and email accounts. Therefore, we must grow every day and, in doing so, bring even more people onto our team. **WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN FGR**, a company specializing in horizontal residential condominiums, established in the real estate market by guaranteeing and delivering the highest quality of life in its Gardens. **PREREQUISITES:** * Currently enrolled in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Android, Computer Networks, Antivirus, Office 365; * Basic knowledge of hardware maintenance, application and printer installation; * Proactive, communicative, able to work in a team, and willing to learn. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Providing technical support to users, maintaining desktops and notebooks, installing applications and printers; * Handling technical support tickets via GLPI; * Guiding users on the need to open support tickets; * Backing up user documents when formatting notebooks or desktops is required; * Creating and configuring network and email accounts for employees; * Preparing responsibility forms for delivery or return of computer equipment. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** Location: **FGR Incorporações Headquarters | Avenida Primeira Avenida s/n - Condomínio Cidade Empresarial, Aparecida de Goiânia - GO.
