Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, as do humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Requesting quotations for parts and services; * Registering materials in the system; * Requesting supplier registration in our system when required; * Tracking the creation of RCs (Request for Change), purchase orders, material arrivals, and service execution; * Requesting issuance of shipping invoices for repairs and sending the signed request via e\-mail; * Updating daily the service registration report for factory-executed tasks, printing it, and delivering it to responsible personnel; * Attending Mini-Business meetings, recording information, and assisting in updating charts; * Receiving maintenance requests via available documents or electronically, registering them in spreadsheets, and forwarding them to supervisors and the manager; * Assisting in maintaining organized and properly labeled files—both electronic and physical; * Assisting in organizing and cleaning the department; * Monitoring and verifying whether departmental targets are being met, and taking preventive actions for alignment when necessary; * Monitoring analysis of thermographic inspection reports, grounding system reports, and transformer measurement reports; * Collecting data on unregistered equipment and recording it in tables; * Assisting in tagging equipment and identifying them with the defined standard TAG; * Assisting in compiling and archiving technical parts lists per equipment; * Filling out internal material requisitions when required. * Actively participating in the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) system, following guidelines and working in accordance with Codex Alimentarius, Ministry of Agriculture, and GMP\+FSA requirements, ensuring production of food-safe products **Qualifications** Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, with availability to work from 08:00 to 14:15 and reside in Alto Araguaia\-MT/Santa Rita do Araguaia\-GO **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
