Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** **General Responsibilities** ---------------------------- * Daily monitoring of manufacturer reports. * Monitoring internal processes together with area managers. * Participating in meetings and preparing minutes. * Tracking customer satisfaction metrics and proposing improvement actions. * Auditing manufacturer processes. * Updating gift inventory and internal activity reports. * Assisting in setting relationship manager goals. * Monitoring **Red Flags** and **Hot Alerts** from dissatisfied customers. * Maintaining updated quality documentation. * Tracking and following up on team training completion. * Adhering to schedules and internal policies (ID badge, uniform, etc.). **Specific Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Distributing surveys to potential customers. * Tracking results of outreach to these customers. * Monitoring KPIs and customer verbatim feedback. * Reporting indicators and insights to the manager. * Creating and tracking action plans based on customer feedback. * Leading quality meetings with the team. * Sharing announcements and best practices. * Assisting with repair and building maintenance budgets. * Managing gift inventory. * Supporting marketing initiatives. * Managing third\-party vendors when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies (from the 1st year onward) in the following fields: * Administration * Marketing * Commercial Management * Sales Management * Quality Management * Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite * Residency in the Guarulhos region **We seek candidates with the following profile:** * Proactive and multitasking * Communicative, with clear and concise speech * Capable of responsibly taking calculated risks * Strong results orientation and process control * Focus on continuous improvement During the internship, performance will be evaluated using indicators such as: * Internal NPS, Manufacturer Satisfaction Survey, Google My Business (GMB), internal and external audits, as well as behavioral alignment. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
