**Responsibilities and duties** **We count on you to:**
* Respond to and resolve technical support tickets onsite and remotely;
* Address user-reported issues related to hardware, software, networks, and operating systems;
* Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other devices;
* Guide users on proper usage of tools and systems;
* Ensure timely resolution of requests within agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement) deadlines;
* Install, configure, and update systems, applications, and operating systems;
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment and infrastructure;
* Document solutions and technical procedures in knowledge bases and support tickets;
* Identify, log, and escalate technical incidents as required;
* Support IT analysts in operational tasks and simple projects;
* Learn and apply technical knowledge to advance your career;
* Report security incidents (e.g., suspected malware, phishing) to the IT team;
* Advise users on best practices for information security;
* Report violations or deviations related to information security through appropriate channels.
**Requirements and qualifications** **What we seek:**
* Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology or related field;
* Basic English proficiency for reading;
* Foundational knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and operating systems (Windows, Linux);
* Familiarity with remote support tools and helpdesk systems;
* Basic understanding of information security (antivirus, backups, password policies);
* Strong communication skills for interacting with users and team members;
* Proactivity and willingness to learn.

**Work schedule:**
* 5x2\- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM \- Monday to Friday
