**Job Objective**
Coordinate and control retail financial routines, ensuring healthy cash flow, accurate store sales reconciliation, payment method control, and financial support for operations and executive decision-making.
**Main Responsibilities**
Coordinate retail accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions
Manage daily cash flow for stores and headquarters
Monitor and validate daily store cash closing
Control and reconcile sales by payment methods (credit/debit cards, PIX, vouchers, agreements, and cash)
Perform reconciliations with acquirers and sub-acquirers (Cielo, Rede, GetNet, Stone, among others)
Monitor acquirer fees, advances, and chargebacks
Track card receipt and settlement deadlines
Control budget, forecast, and actual vs. budget analyses
Support negotiations with banks, suppliers, and acquirers
Coordinate the finance team (cashiers, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations)
Ensure integration among POS, ERP, and financial systems
Implement and enhance internal controls and financial processes
Support internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation
**Job Requirements**
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Experience
Solid experience in finance, preferably in retail
Hands-on experience with card reconciliation, cash closing, and daily cash flow management
Technical Knowledge
Cash flow and income statement (DRE) applied to retail
Acquirer and payment method reconciliation
Intermediate/advanced Excel
ERP and POS systems
Retail-applied financial mathematics
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multi-store chains
Knowledge of receivables factoring
Experience in financial cost reduction projects
