Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor all stages of the soybean and corn production cycle, including soil preparation, planting, fertilization, spraying, pest/disease monitoring, and harvesting.
* Supervise and guide agricultural mechanization operations, ensuring proper use of machinery, implements, and equipment.
* Support and supervise, when necessary, beef cattle activities, including herd management, nutrition, and animal welfare.
* Manage field teams, promoting training, guidance, and staff development, while ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations.
* Control input usage—including seeds, agrochemicals, and fuel—monitoring costs and promoting rational resource utilization.
* Prepare agricultural performance, cost, and productivity reports, reporting to the immediate manager.
* Participate in strategic meetings, proposing solutions to increase productivity, operational efficiency, and profitability.
* Ensure adherence to work schedules and defined deadlines.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Agronomy Engineering, Agricultural Technician, or related fields (proven practical experience will also be considered).
* Preferred experience in leadership/coordination roles on grain or livestock farms.
* Solid knowledge of agricultural mechanization, and soybean and corn crop management and cultural practices;
* Experience in people management and leadership of operational teams;
* Willingness to reside on the farm.
* Driver's license minimum Class A
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Driver's License Eligibility: A, B
Willingness to Relocate
