Job Summary:
This role involves administrative support, scheduling, data management, research, document creation, and organizing materials for social programs, alongside assisting with partner and beneficiary relations.

3. Support for social programs focused on children and adolescents
Responsibilities include:
Performing administrative tasks, assisting the team with meeting scheduling, quotations, updating data in spreadsheets and systems, conducting research and preparing documents, and controlling and organizing files and materials for events and actions related to the department’s social programs and projects. Assisting in prospecting, relationship building, and proactive engagement with partners, health-sector volunteers, and beneficiaries (children and adolescents) of the department’s social programs and projects. Participating in internal and external departmental activities, as required.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
