Job Summary: The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing engineering teams on residential projects, with a focus on people management and results. Key Highlights: 1. Team and process management in the areas of Projects, Planning, and Budgeting. 2. Definition of construction methods and budgets for residential construction projects. 3. Implementation and cost-benefit evaluation of civil engineering programs. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for **managing internal engineering teams** (Projects, Planning and Construction Control, and Budgeting) of the construction company, overseeing leadership and processes within these areas. It is essential that you have **experience in people management** and **knowledge of the residential construction segment — both economic and mid-to-high-end standards**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for implementing, restructuring, planning, and organizing specific departments such as Planning, Feasibility, and Projects; * Definition of construction methods and budgets for residential construction projects across economic, mid-range, and high-end segments, using both structural masonry and conventional construction methods; * Management of processes and implementation of rationalization and cost-benefit evaluation for civil engineering programs and processes; * Results-oriented management, coordinating teams with a focus on achieving strategic outcomes and people management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with specialization * Experience in team management * Knowledge of the residential construction segment * Solid experience in the field **Additional Information** **What matters to you also matters to us!** **Our benefits include:** * Meal card * Profit-sharing program * Welhub (Gympass) Cataguá Construtora embraces an **inclusive culture**.
