Ensure technical and financial feasibility studies for projects Coordinate corporate engineering activities and industrial projects, including budgeting and technical adjustments, and be responsible for project implementation across the entire national territory, acting throughout the production chain to achieve productivity, cost, quality, and projected production plan objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate corporate engineering activities and industrial projects, including budgeting and technical adjustments, and be responsible for project implementation across the entire national territory, acting throughout the production chain to achieve productivity, cost, quality, and projected production plan objectives. Ensure the development of studies, preliminary designs, and estimated budgets for the investment plan (Capex) across the entire production chain, comprising agribusiness areas (farms, hatcheries, feed mills), slaughterhouses, processed products, and thermally processed products, in order to conduct technical and financial feasibility studies for each project; Manage project implementation at industrial units, monitor equipment and material deliveries, ensure units apply and execute work per contracted specifications, guarantee compliance with technical, safety, and environmental standards, ensure effective monitoring of physical and financial schedules, approve financial measurements and payment releases, monitor startup, and provide technical handover to end users; **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience: Over 1 year in the meat processing industry is a plus; Education: Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Civil Engineering; **Additional Information** Meal allowance, chartered transportation, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, profit-sharing program, on-site restaurant, Gympass, among others.
