Safeguarding the integrity of farm facilities We seek a professional to organize, coordinate, and lead farm construction activities, overseeing site mobilization and construction of the managerial headquarters, with emphasis on safety, quality, and adherence to deadlines. This includes leading in-house and subcontracted teams; ensuring appropriate management of materials, equipment, and services; aligning with technical criteria defined by Engineering; and safeguarding the integrity of facilities—thereby contributing to the long-term structuring and sustainable consolidation of field operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Primary duties: * Organize and lead construction activities for site mobilization and managerial headquarters construction phases; * Prepare personnel and material procurement requests for activities to be carried out on the farm; * Conduct meetings with field teams and subcontracted companies to discuss activity scheduling, operational safety guidelines, and other considerations necessary for proper coordination of field services; * Secondary duties: * Support organization of project-acquired materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with quality criteria for storage, material dispatch control, and inventory quantification; * Safeguard the integrity of farm facilities by implementing repair and improvement actions for project assets; * Report to the **Farm Manager** on administrative and operational matters, guided by the **Engineering team** regarding technical criteria; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in civil construction, with strong understanding of construction projects and related disciplines (surveying, foundations, plumbing, electrical, etc); * Completed high school education; * Technical certification is a plus; * Strong communication skills and leadership ability; * Willingness to reside in the Irecê/Jussara region (BA). **Additional Information** Benefits for You * Competitive benefits package; * Learning and development opportunities.
