About the Innovation Network The Innovation Network is an initiative led by the Florianópolis City Hall in partnership with ACATE, aiming to catalyze the city’s creative and entrepreneurial potential, stimulate innovation culture and entrepreneurship, activate the local innovation ecosystem, and generate and scale innovative businesses within Florianópolis. Through training, events, and strategic connections, the goal is to foster the emergence and growth of startups and promote collaboration among diverse stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem. By bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, academics, and government, the Innovation Network seeks to position Florianópolis as a national and international reference hub for technology and innovation. **Position Mission:** We are seeking an Intern to assist in entrepreneur prospecting, with the objective of introducing them to Innovation Centers and guiding them toward the most suitable opportunities based on their companies’ maturity level within the ecosystem. This role directly contributes to strengthening the ecosystem and enabling sustainable growth of participating businesses. You will join our team and learn from top industry professionals. Then let’s explore this opportunity further. **Responsibilities:** Conduct market research to identify potential entrepreneurs interested in learning about the Innovation Centers comprising the Innovation Network; Support the development of prospecting and outreach strategies; Make initial contact with entrepreneurs to schedule visits to Innovation Centers; Conduct guided tours at Primavera and Downtown Innovation Centers; Attend and support presentation meetings, clarifying questions and providing relevant information. Maintain up-to-date records of interactions with entrepreneurs and achieved outcomes. Contribute to identifying opportunities for improving prospecting and entrepreneur relationship processes. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; Availability for a 30-hour-per-week internship; Strong oral and written communication skills; Basic proficiency in GSuite tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with CRM tools; Prior experience in commercial roles; Prior experience in active lead prospecting.
