Bar organization and management Position: BARTENDER – Sector A\&b\* \*Clara Resorts – Ibiúna/SP\* Requirements: Completed High School Education Prior experience in preparing drinks, cocktails, etc. \*Work Location:\* Clara Resorts – Estrada da Cachoeira, km 12 (Ibiúna) Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, with flexible working hours. \_Responsibilities:\_ * Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, drinks, non-alcoholic beverages, and coffee according to technical specifications and company standards * Serve customers at the bar counter and/or tables, delivering courteous, efficient, and personalized service * Recommend beverages and pairings upon request * Organize and maintain cleanliness of the bar, utensils, equipment, and work area * Manage inventory control, restock supplies, and submit purchase requests * Check product expiration dates, proper storage, and correct usage * Comply with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and applicable legislation (including responsible alcohol consumption) * Support inventory audits, waste control, and cost management Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$3\.441,78 per month Work Location: On-site
