Leadership and passion for gastronomy highly valued **Position: Assistant Manager – Mangah Oriental Cuisine Restaurant** **Mangah**, an Oriental cuisine restaurant, is looking for a proactive and strategic **Assistant Manager G** to support restaurant management, ensuring excellence in customer service, operational organization, and team leadership. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations * Coordinate and oversee front-of-house and kitchen teams * Ensure high-quality customer service * Monitor cash register opening and closing procedures * Manage inventory and assist with supply ordering * Support the creation of staff work schedules * Ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards * Resolve operational issues and assist in conflict resolution **Requirements:** * Experience in restaurants, preferably in leadership roles * Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus) * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific experience in Oriental cuisine restaurants; * Degree in Gastronomy, Business Administration, or related fields; * Strategic vision and creativity for service and product innovation.
