Opportunity for Full-time Employment in the Technology Field **About the Program** The Fácil Group is launching its **AI Internship Program**, focused on training talents to directly develop AI-based technological solutions. The program aims to prepare students to work with real-world Artificial Intelligence applications integrated into the company's systems, products, and solutions, thereby contributing to the business’s technological advancement. We seek technically skilled individuals who are curious about technology and interested in building innovative solutions with direct impact on our products. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the development of AI-integrated solutions within company systems * Work with structured and unstructured data * Participate in building simple Machine Learning models * Assist in implementing automations and APIs using AI * Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of solutions * Contribute to research and evaluation of new technologies and tools **Technologies and Topics You Will Experience** * Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning * Generative AI (LLMs, automations, assistants) * Integration with systems and APIs * Data manipulation and analysis * Software development best practices **Program Format** * Duration: 24 months * Mode: In-person * Working hours: 6 hours per day * Guidance from developers and technical leaders **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (from the 4th semester onward) in: * + Computer Science + Software Engineering + Information Systems + Systems Analysis and Development + Related fields * Basic knowledge of programming logic * Interest in software development and Artificial Intelligence **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of Python * Familiarity with Machine Learning or AI * Experience with APIs or academic development projects * Knowledge of Git, databases, or cloud platforms * Prior exposure to Generative AI **What We Offer** * Market-competitive stipend * Hands-on immersion in software development * Participation in real projects * Mentorship from experienced professionals * Opportunity for Full-time Employment in the Technology Field **“We are not hiring interns.
