The Support Analyst provides technical support for ERP routines to Clients across areas requiring deeper expertise in management, agribusiness, accounting, taxation, and fiscal/non-fiscal exports. If you are such a professional—passionate about customer service and eager to join a highly engaged, high-performing team—this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support to customers within your assigned team, handling support requests ranging from low to high complexity; * Log all support interactions and their progress into the management tool, as per established process guidelines; * Ensure and monitor each customer request until its definitive resolution, across all stages—from initiation through to closure; * Negotiate timelines for customer requests and solutions with product development teams; * Identify opportunities to improve team and customer training; * Analyze and prioritize demands according to criticality; * Stay continuously updated on system developments within your area of expertise; * Support other team members on specific topics within your knowledge domain; * Focus on customer satisfaction to consistently meet defined SLA targets; * Comply with company and departmental management pre-established rules; * Attend training sessions when required; * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles; * Perform other duties related to your position and/or as requested by your immediate leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree/diploma in Accounting; * Experience in customer service; * Experience with processes and delivery of ancillary obligations targeting rural producers; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **What Could Set You Apart?** * ERP experience; * Technical support experience; * Agribusiness knowledge; * Broad knowledge of tax and accounting routines (ECD, ECF, LCDPR, and SPEDS); * Knowledge of tax reform. **Additional Information** **What Does Aliare Offer?!** An integrated and prepared team ready for new challenges, operating with credibility and transparency, aiming for continuous growth to simplify the work of those who feed the world.
