Perform and control packaging activities Technical Operator I \- LEM/BA **Date:** March 11, 2026 **Location:** Luis Eduardo Magalhaes, BA, BR, 47850\-000 **Company:** Bunge **City :** Luis Eduardo Magalhães**State :** Bahia (BR\-BA)**Country :** Brazil (BR)**Job ID :** 44259 **Main Responsibilities:** Train, guide, and support Packaging Operators I, II, and III in operational demands. * Suggest improvements to packaging operations to enhance product quality and brand competitiveness in the market. * Perform bulk flour, big bag, domestic, pre\-mix, and bagged/bulk bran packaging activities according to daily production schedules and technical product specifications. * Monitor achievement of packaging KPIs (OE, Technical List, Overweight, Adherence, etc.), and in case of deviations, analyze, define, and implement corrective actions. * Ensure proper and accurate functioning of date coders on packaging lines, guaranteeing that required information appears correctly on product packaging. * Evaluate, adjust, and operate packaging machinery and equipment to maximize productivity. * Conduct technical activities to improve flour and bran packaging processes using specific tools, internal programs, and diverse projects. * Contribute to developing and analyzing departmental KPIs, as well as developing and executing action plans for results falling outside target ranges. * Support implementation of BMOS practices at the facility to achieve operational excellence and thereby gain market competitiveness. * Respond to and support internal and external audits conducted at the facility. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures by attending lectures and training sessions, wearing appropriate PPE, operating machinery and equipment safely, among other requirements. * Comply with Environmental and Quality standards and procedures, respecting and following established guidelines and/or technical norms. * Fulfill responsibilities within the Food Safety and Quality Management System, meeting requirements, participating in training, reporting observed issues, adhering to Good Manufacturing, Transportation, and Storage Practices, 5S, operational procedures, and the management system. * Understand and support the Food Safety and Quality Policy, as well as established KPIs. * Participate actively — if assigned to the Food Safety Team (FST) — in meetings, HACCP study reviews, training sessions, and other defined responsibilities; promote and encourage all food safety practices among fellow employees. * Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Prerequisite Programs (PRPs), as scheduled; immediately notify leadership upon deviation and ensure immediate and corrective actions are taken. * Follow defined protocols and act independently during the process — not reporting to direct supervisor — if responsible for collecting samples for GMP\+ scope analyses. * Utilize online quality parameter measurement data, and where such systems are unavailable, collect representative samples for laboratory analysis to support process control and improvement, as well as product quality. **Requirements:** Completed High School Education Technical Course in: Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Automation, Production Technology/Industrial Technology, or related fields Preferred: Solid experience in manufacturing/industrial environments **See also our benefits:** * Medical and Dental Assistance + Meal Allowance (On\-site cafeteria OR meal voucher) * Private Pension Plan (BungePrev plan with company contribution) * Life Insurance + Transportation Allowance (Transportation voucher OR parking OR shuttle service) * Pharmacy Benefits * Daycare Assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months) * PLR \- Profit Sharing and Results Program (Based on goal and result attainment) * "Count on Us" Program \- Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters. * Partnerships with TotalPass (Gym), Clube MMB (Individual insurance), Dell, plus universities and language schools. * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on job location. **Work Location:** Luis Eduardo Magalhães \- BA **Work Model:** 100% On\-site At Bunge, our mission is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, animal nutrition ingredients, and fuel to the world.
