Job Description * Ensure machines and equipment are prepared for the production process. Perform required inspections, adjustments, cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization; * Assist in supplying production lines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment; * Clean, preserve, and sterilize filtration modules and transfer lines; * Operate the filtration system and verify module integrity (rotameter); * Clean the interior of formulation tanks; * Decontaminate/sterilize tanks (mandatory when switching microorganisms); * Weigh and portion materials for stabilization; * Dilute raw materials (fertilizers) for Stimucontrol product manufacturing; * Perform and control the stabilization process (via supervisory system); * Collect samples, check pH, and send them to the laboratory and quality control; * Release formulated product for filling or IBC (intermediate bulk containers); * Feed the formulation system by transferring product from the IBC to the formulation tank; * Clean and sanitize IBCs; * Clean and organize the department; * Adhere to Safety, Hygiene, Quality, and Environmental Protection standards.
