Description * Ensure machines and equipment are prepared for the production process; * Perform necessary inspections, adjustments, cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization; * Assist in feeding production lines; maintain a clean and organized work environment; * Clean, preserve, and sterilize formulation vessels and transfer lines; * Operate the micro-grinding system and verify its integrity; * Decontaminate/sterilize tanks (mandatory when switching microorganisms); * Weigh and portion material for stabilization; * Dilute raw materials (fertilizers) for production of Stimucontrol product; * Carry out and control the stabilization process; * Collect samples, check pH, and send to Laboratory and Quality Control; * Release formulated product for packaging; * Clean and organize the area; * Work in compliance with Safety, Hygiene, Quality, and Environmental Protection standards.
