Job Summary: The professional will operate heavy equipment, such as front-end loaders and tractors, to perform unloading, feeding, organizing, and transporting organic material at the production plant. Thus, we produce high-value-added solid and liquid organomineral fertilizers, as well as biological inputs, in factories located at sugarcane-energy mill sites. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Unload raw materials and collect samples for submission to Quality Control; · Operate front-end loader to feed raw materials into the production plant; · Manage and organize the organic material receiving yard using a front-end loader; · Load trucks with organic material using a front-end loader; · Transport organic material from the receiving yard to the production plant; · Operate tractor with compost turner implement to turn windrows; · Perform various tasks using a front-end loader; · Carry out duties relevant to the position as requested by management; · Clean equipment upon request by immediate supervisor; **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** ***Requirements*** · Completed elementary education · Experience operating front-end loaders and truck vehicles · Driver's License Category D · Minimum 6 months of experience. ***Preferred Qualifications*** · Experience in fertilizer manufacturing industries · Experience operating tractors with implements. ***Skills*** · Communication and proactivity · Commitment and engagement · Organization **Working Hours:** 07:30\-11:30 / 12:40\-16:00, Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.600,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Front-end loader operation (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License Category D (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
