Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating agricultural tractors, performing preventive maintenance and adjustments on implements, monitoring equipment performance, and completing reports—ensuring safety and operational efficiency in agricultural activities. Team collaboration for optimization of agricultural tasks #### **Responsibilities** * Operate agricultural tractors of various power ratings and models with diverse implements for soil preparation, planting, crop management, and harvesting. * Perform daily and weekly preventive maintenance on equipment (checking oil, coolant, fuel levels, tires, and lubricating specific points). * Carry out fine adjustments and calibrations on agricultural implements (planters, sprayers, harvesters) according to technical specifications for crops and terrain. * Monitor machine and implement performance during operation, identifying and reporting anomalies or repair needs. * Complete detailed field reports documenting performed activities, machine hours, fuel consumption, and inputs used. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and traffic rules specific to agricultural machinery operation in fields and internal roads. * Collaborate with the field team in organizing and executing agricultural tasks to optimize resource utilization. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) operating medium- and large-sized agricultural tractors. * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), category C or higher. * Solid knowledge of basic mechanics for agricultural tractors and implements to identify faults and perform preventive maintenance. * Proficiency in adjusting and calibrating implements such as planters, sprayers, fertilizer spreaders, and harvesters. * Ability to read and interpret planting and application maps, as well as use precision agriculture systems (GPS, auto-steer). * Experience working with various soil types and crops, adapting machine operation to specific field conditions. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, according to seasonal demands. #### **Skills** * Agricultural Tractor Operation * Preventive Machinery Maintenance * Implement Adjustment * Agricultural GPS Reading * Basic Diesel Mechanics * Precision Agriculture * Occupational Safety * Heavy Vehicle Operation ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
