Responsibilities and Duties * Perform daily equipment checklist before starting the shift. * Maintain and clean work equipment. * Immediately report any mechanical failure or system anomaly to the maintenance department. * Comply with occupational safety and environmental procedures. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed elementary education (minimum). * Prior experience operating harvesters or agricultural equipment is preferred. * Willingness to work rotating shifts and in rural areas. * Residency in Conceição das Alagoas or Campo Florido .
