Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Heavy Machinery Operator to operate agricultural and industrial equipment safely, with quality and efficiency, in compliance with regulations. Conduct daily inspections of equipment We are looking for a responsible and committed **Heavy Machinery Operator** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for operating heavy equipment used in agricultural and industrial activities, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution of operations in accordance with established standards and regulations. We are a reference in sugarcane-based biofuel production in the North and Northeast regions of the country. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and maneuver heavy machinery such as excavators, tractors, front-end loaders, backhoes, crawler tractors, and compacting rollers; * Perform earthmoving, excavation, soil handling, material loading and unloading according to project specifications; * Ensure compliance with technical requirements for leveling, compaction, and other construction procedures; * Conduct daily inspections of equipment prior to use, verifying the functionality of components such as brakes, hydraulic systems, lighting, and safety features; * Report malfunctions or the need for corrective/preventive maintenance to direct supervision; * Strictly adhere to occupational safety regulations, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and appropriate signage; * Collaborate with engineering and supervisory teams to ensure project execution within the established schedule; * Conduct operations in a manner that minimizes accident risks and preserves the environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Certified Heavy Machinery Operation course with valid certificate; * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and sector-specific technical standards; * Proven ability to operate various types of heavy machinery; * Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery; * **Desirable**: Driver's License Category B. **Additional Information** * Meals and gym access at the company; * Life insurance; * On-site accommodation; * Partnerships with optical chains, medical clinics, and dental clinics; * Internal and external training programs; * Telemedicine (online medical consultations); * We provide transportation to the cities of Balsas, Fortaleza dos Nogueiras, and São Raimundo das Mangabeiras/MA.
