Here, there’s delivery, pace, organization, and impact. **Job Mission:** Transform footage, testimonials, events, and raw content into high-performance videos—maintaining speed, consistency, and visual standards that support Digital Growth’s growth. **Responsibilities:** * Edit videos in Adobe Premiere with pace, consistency, and tight deadlines. * Create simple animations and adjustments in After Effects. * Support post-production of social proof, reels, ads, and digital content. * Participate in on-site filming, including event recordings and occasional weekend coverage (scheduled with the team). * Operate cameras, gimbals, and simple filming setups. * Organize, name, and store files according to DG’s internal standards. * Ensure deliverables align with hooks, narrative, AIDA, and performance logic. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere. * Functional knowledge of After Effects. * Video capture: camera, gimbal, 360º. * Basic understanding of post-production and media organization. * Knowledge of digital marketing and product launches (hooks, AIDA, retention). * Familiarity with social media formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads). * Understanding of performance-focused visual storytelling. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience editing for social media (reels, ads, performance-driven cuts). * Experience covering corporate events. * Ability to operate filming setups in dynamic environments. * Familiarity with digital launches, funnels, and performance marketing. * Collaboration with copywriting, design, and performance teams. **Why Work at Digital Growth?** Here, we’re driven by innovation, results, and a dynamic, respectful workplace.
