





Job Description: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in channel management and employer branding strategy, social media, and internal communication; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Excellent writing skills; * Knowledge of Adobe/Photoshop/Illustrator and AI for communication is a plus. * Responsible for the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) of the brand; * Develop strategies to sustain and position the employer brand (internally and externally); * Manage employer branding channels—including briefing creation, content development, and customer service management—(e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.); * Organize and oversee video recordings at the Head Office, Distribution Center, and stores; * Script corporate videos; * Apply the brand guidelines to career pages and develop job posting promotion strategies; * Responsible for building the identity and communication strategy for entry-level programs (internships, trainee programs, etc.); * Contribute to designing the Talent, Candidate, and Employee Journey by collaborating with various departments and touchpoints across the journey; * Implement an employer brand ambassador program; * Support creative and innovative strategies within the department; * Monitor vendors daily to ensure timely delivery; * Support and organize internal and external events; * Maintain corporate websites up to date; * Prepare performance reports and develop continuous improvement plans; * Responsible for departmental payments. 2512060202191432383
