





Job Description: Key Responsibilities: * Implement and develop Lean Manufacturing culture and its tools across all company processes, acting as a cultural change agent among employees; * Define, ensure application of, and continuously improve operational excellence work standards through support and competence development; * Enable departments to autonomously implement and apply Lean tools through competence management, development of standardized work, and cross-functional dissemination of best practices; * Execute continuous improvement projects, supporting project teams and leaders while guiding correct application of standards and tools; * Plan, coordinate, and conduct Kaizen workshops in alignment with strategic planning requirements. * Lead internal medium- and high-complexity problem-solving processes by guiding and applying problem-solving tools such as MASP, A3, or Six Sigma. \- Develop and deliver training on all Lean & Six Sigma methodologies, including practical approaches via simulations, exercises, and interactive activities. (Eight Wastes, Kaizen, 5S, Standardized Work, A3, SMED, PDCA, Introduction to Lean Manufacturing – Four Principles, Value Stream Mapping, TPM, Basic Six Sigma, SPC, plus fundamental production concepts including OEE calculation, productivity calculation, takt time calculation, line balancing, and PPM calculation); * Develop and update training content, incorporating relevant topics and effective pedagogical methods. * Participate in onboarding of new employees, responsible for the “Introduction to Kaizen” content and DOJO training. * Conduct Gemba walks to identify waste and continuous improvement opportunities, audit standards, and guide leaders and other employees; * Lead governance of ongoing continuous improvement / Hoshin Kanri projects—or when requested by other departments—ensuring proper direction and adherence to established timelines; \- Track monthly/annual savings generated by continuous improvement / Six Sigma projects. * Prepare monthly performance reports following corporate standards; * Coordinate the internal suggestion program, including receiving and logging suggestions, holding follow-up meetings, recognizing contributors, and communicating overall program status; promote incentive campaigns and employee engagement initiatives to encourage participation; * Coordinate the SOL (5S) Project, analyzing data collected during audits, updating project KPIs, conducting audits, and proposing improvements to existing standards; * Plan and lead continuous improvement events such as: biannual reviews, project fairs, Quality Week, recognition events, etc.; * Plan and lead definition, coordination, and monitoring of strategic projects together with Senior Management and the management team, leveraging Lean Six Sigma expertise to achieve targeted outcomes per Hoshin Kanri; * Train and develop White/Yellow Belts and Lean/Kaizen Facilitators; * Act as change agent for the Lean Leadership project, leading and collaborating with a cross-functional team to select, train, and support operational leaders and facilitators; * Train and provide technical leadership for the execution team carrying out continuous improvement processes; * Support the Quality & Kaizen team in any other related activities within the process and company; * Plan and execute Kaizen improvements. Desired Qualifications: Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Language: * Advanced English (reading, writing, speaking); * Intermediate Spanish is a plus. Experience and Specific Knowledge: * Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma preferred; * Relevant training in continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing; * Intermediate Excel (charts, pivot tables, lookup functions, text functions, mathematical functions, conditional formatting); * Intermediate PowerPoint (presentations with and without animation); * Minitab experience preferred. 2512070202191789843
