With a team of 48 professionals, our mission is to immortalize moments with photos and videos, fulfill dreams, and provide an academic journey full of amazing events. **Job Mission:** The External Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting new clients, presenting graduation and prom plans, and closing sales. This professional must ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the company's continuous growth. **Responsibilities:** \- Prospect and visit new clients at universities and other strategic locations. \- Clearly and convincingly present "Mais Formaturas" graduation and prom plans. \- Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. \- Develop and implement effective sales strategies. \- Maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring customer loyalty. \- Participate in events and fairs to promote the company's services. \- Prepare sales reports and present results to the Sales Manager. \- Ensure quality and excellence in customer service. \- Availability to travel and work on weekends as required. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience in external sales. \- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills. \- Professional demeanor. \- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. \- Proactiveness and problem-solving ability. \- Own vehicle and work equipment (laptop, smartphone, etc.). \- Availability for travel and weekend work. \- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. \- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \- Experience in the events or graduation sector will be an advantage.
