PROJECT SUPERVISOR (PROJECT MANAGEMENT)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Supervisor to lead multidisciplinary teams, monitor projects in accordance with PMBOK, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Stimulating environment with opportunities for continuous learning We are looking for a Project Supervisor to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise project execution, monitoring **scope, schedule, and cost** in accordance with PMBOK best practices; * Support the Operations Manager in preparing performance reports and analyzing physical and financial S-curves; * Ensure proper administration of **project KPIs**, including schedule, cost, scope, customer satisfaction, dispatch, and billing; * Coordinate integration among internal departments (Procurement, Engineering, Production), ensuring contractual objectives are met; * Update physical and financial schedules, aligning activities with customers and internal teams; * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, conducting alignment meetings, follow\-ups, and project inspections; * Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, integration, and engagement; * Identify, analyze, and mitigate **project risks**, implementing contingency plans; * Prepare and control project documents, including financial events, cost monitoring, closure agreements, and scope deviation control; * Participate in dispatch processes, ensuring compliance with procedures related to transportation, documentation, and billing; * Prepare and update departmental **SOPs and ITs**, aligning procedures with the Operations Manager; * Ensure efficient information flow between customers and the company, guaranteeing transparency, recordkeeping, and tracking of project decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering**, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in **Project Management** is desirable. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Project management in accordance with **PMBOK** best practices; * Planning and control of **scope, schedule, and cost**; * Preparation and analysis of physical and financial schedules; * Preparation and analysis of physical and financial **S-curves**; * Risk management and implementation of contingency plans; * Advanced Excel; * Advanced MS Project; * Intermediate Power BI; * Reading and interpretation of mechanical technical drawings; * ERP system knowledge; * Monitoring of project performance indicators (KPIs); **Additional Information** * Competitive remuneration based on experience; * Additional benefits including medical and dental insurance, and meal vouchers; We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
