We are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to strengthen our platform, ensuring its evolution with a focus on stability, performance, and quality, while also contributing to integrations and modern observability practices. **Responsibilities** * Maintain and continuously evolve platform applications, focusing on stability, quality, and predictability; * Analyze and resolve **incidents and requests**, delivering definitive solutions or validated workarounds, and documenting evidence and history in the ticket; * Implement **bug fixes and minor improvements** in backend services using **Node.js (Koa) / TypeScript**, adhering to team standards and best practices; * Support investigations into recurring issues by providing inputs for **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** and preventive actions; * Work on integrations and asynchronous workflows (where applicable), supporting troubleshooting and reprocessing; * Query and optimize data routines in **MongoDB**, and manage caching using **Redis**; * Support log analysis and troubleshooting using **ElasticSearch/Kibana**, helping reduce diagnostic time; * Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment routines to ensure technical quality and consistency; * Support execution/monitoring of changes during defined maintenance windows, when required. Hard Skills (Required) * Backend experience with **Node.js** and **TypeScript**. * Experience building and maintaining production REST APIs (error handling, response standards, basic observability). * Hands-on experience with **MongoDB** (basic modeling, queries, indexes, troubleshooting). * Practical knowledge of **Redis** (caching, TTL, basic cache invalidation). * Familiarity with **ElasticSearch/Kibana** (log search and analysis). * Experience with **Docker** (running services locally, health checks, basic troubleshooting). Nice-to-Have * Experience with **Koa** (or Express/Nest). * Knowledge of messaging/event systems (**Kafka**) and patterns such as retry/idempotency. * Experience with **React** for end-to-end troubleshooting. * Experience in environments with strict **SLA** requirements and critical operations (retail, payments, logistics). * Observability practices (log correlation, metrics, alerts, tracing).
