Its culture values teamwork, ethics, and employee development, supported by an engaged team focused on results—making it an ideal environment for those seeking growth and hands-on experience in a dynamic and challenging industrial context **Responsibilities and duties** * Update daily and monthly Development Engineering indicators * Support quality activities during APQP stages * Participate in and review PFMEA with the plant's cross-functional team, applying lessons learned * Support the Quality Analyst in preparing and reviewing PPAP documents * Support the Quality Analyst in developing and approving measurement and control devices with the internal team * Support the Quality Analyst in monitoring and validating product measurements during internal event approval processes * Monitor the application and effectiveness of control plans after production launch, throughout the Safe Launch (S90\) period, and correct deviations as needed together with the plant team **Requirements and qualifications** Microsoft Office: Intermediate proficiency English: Basic Quality tools: Desirable PPAP / APQP: Desirable Skills: Organized, punctual, problem-solving mindset, eager to acquire new knowledge At **LICAV**, we have built a solid trajectory grounded in innovation, quality, and commitment to excellence.
