




Description: We are looking for a Head Chef to lead the culinary operations of an events-sector establishment located in the interior of São Paulo, ensuring excellence in every detail—from food preparation to dish presentation. Position Mission To be the guardian of gastronomic quality, ensuring flawless execution of tasting menus and events, with a focus on flavor, technique, presentation, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities * Lead the kitchen team, coordinating the execution of tasting menus and events. * Ensure consistency and excellence in flavor, texture, temperature, and dish presentation. * Supervise food preparation, service, and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * Plan production, manage inventory, and place orders for supplies. * Collaborate in developing and refining new dishes and menus. * Foster integration with the service team to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for guests. Mandatory Requirements * Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Leader, preferably in haute cuisine or tasting menus. * In-depth mastery of cooking and plating techniques. * Leadership skills and experience managing day-to-day kitchen operations. * Attention to detail and strict adherence to the establishment’s standards and procedures. * Availability to work at events.
