





Description: * Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Communications, or related fields; * Knowledge of Branding, Art Direction, Motion Design, and AI is a plus; * Advanced proficiency in creative software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Figma, etc.); * Solid knowledge of digital design and visual identity; * Ability to prepare materials for print production; * Familiarity with visual trends and best practices in communication; * Agility to quickly adapt materials to tight campaign or event deadlines; * Identify visual inconsistencies and correct them while maintaining alignment with the brand book; * Rapidly develop alternative solutions when strategic direction changes; * Address urgent requests without compromising technical quality. * Develop graphic and digital assets aligned with TRUE’s positioning, ensuring visual consistency and brand quality; * Create visual identities, key visuals (KVs), campaigns, and materials for all company divisions; * Collaborate closely with teams such as Content, Influencer Marketing, Trade, Events, and Nutritional Marketing to ensure effective communication and delivery; * Prepare final files for print production and supervise vendors when necessary; * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing strategic tasks; * Propose creative improvements, new approaches, layouts, and visual solutions to strengthen the brand. 2512060202191906894
