**What will be your mission at Macfor?**
* Serve as the daily liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, planning, media, social, production), ensuring mutual understanding and alignment of expectations;
* Gather information from clients and translate it into clear, comprehensive, and inspiring briefs for internal teams;
* Organize and lead alignment meetings, campaign presentations, routine follow-ups, and feedback sessions with clients and internal teams;
* Draft meeting minutes, internal/external correspondence, and action plans—formalizing decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines to ensure proper tracking of project phases;
* Monitor job progress, managing timelines, priorities, approvals, and delivery deadlines—anticipating risks and proposing solutions;
* Participate in communication strategy planning, bringing the “client’s perspective” into the agency and contributing business insights;
* Present and defend proposals and campaigns to clients with a consultative mindset and results-oriented focus;
* Manage the client portfolio under your responsibility—maintaining close relationships, identifying opportunities, and preventing crises;
* Track project and campaign results, organizing reports and learnings for continuous optimization;
* Support budget, scope, and project profitability control in partnership with coordination/management.
Requirements: **What are we looking for in this role?**
* Degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, Marketing, or related fields;
* Prior experience in advertising or digital marketing agencies, working in account servicing/portfolio management;
* Experience organizing routines, schedules, and processes—with strong prioritization and urgency awareness;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to synthesize information, and capability to lead meetings and alignment sessions with clients;
* Analytical profile with business acumen, understanding of marketing objectives, and critical evaluation of deliverables;
* Ability to seamlessly transition between operational tasks (day-to-day jobs) and strategic activities (planning, presentations, analyses);
* Familiarity with organizational tools and Microsoft Office suite (presentations, spreadsheets, documents); Trello experience preferred;
* Interest in working within the Agribusiness sector.
