Opportunity for continuous learning Internship Position in Kitchen and Pastry Event Space – Villa Giardini – Paranoá, Brasília Responsibilities: Assist in kitchen and pastry operations for dish and food preparation; Assist in table setup and service; Wash, peel, and handle food items; Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing supplies and materials; Clean and organize the workplace, wash and store utensils; Clean the physical space and service areas. Additional Responsibilities: Table service and customer service, guest reception, and personalized service for customers and visitors. Support in event production and setup held at the venue. Support in purchasing and selecting supplies and materials. Requirements: - Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in culinary arts or cooking. - Detail-oriented and meticulous. - Communicative and attentive. Preferred Qualifications: - Completion of food handling hygiene training is a plus; - Strong ability to work under pressure.
