Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Audiovisual Systems Technician (Broadcast) to work on broadcast systems infrastructure and operations in a dynamic and mission-critical environment. Participation in technology implementation and evolution projects We are looking for an **Audiovisual Systems Technician (Broadcast)** to join a project with an **innovative company in the digital media and live streaming sector**, with strong presence in sports and entertainment content. This is a **hands\-on** position, involving direct involvement in broadcast systems infrastructure and operations within a dynamic and highly critical environment. ### **Your Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment (cameras, microphones, switchers, and video servers); * Assemble technical infrastructure (racks, cabling, and system interconnections); * Ensure system functionality during **live broadcasts**, resolving incidents in real time; * Perform equipment **testing, calibration, and validation**; * Diagnose and resolve **technical faults** in production and playback environments; * Support operational teams during events and broadcasts; * Participate in **technology implementation and evolution projects**; * Organize and maintain **technical documentation** for environments. ### **Requirements:** * Experience with **audio and video equipment**; * Experience with **technical infrastructure** (racks, cabling, integration); * Technical, organized profile with strong performance in **mission-critical environments**; * Availability to work outside regular business hours, when required. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in **broadcast or live events**; * Knowledge of **Dante, MADI, VoIP, or intercom systems**; ### **Employment Model:** * CLT \| On-site * Location: Rio de Janeiro Availability for shift-based work. ### **Benefits:** * Comprehensive health and dental insurance (SulAmérica), no co-payment; * Life insurance; * iFood card **R$ 35/day**; * WellHub (Gympass); * Educational scholarships; * Corporate line; * Career development plan; * Day off.
