Administrative support for scientific initiation and tutoring programs **Position: Administrative Assistant (Academic Area)** **Working Hours: 4 hours per day — Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM** **Salary: R$ 1.036,70** **Job Description** **The Administrative Assistant will support academic, administrative, and institutional activities, contributing to the implementation and development of teaching, research, and extension projects, as well as the organization of internal processes and academic events of the institution.** **Main Responsibilities** **Contribute to implementing the institutional policy for developing academic projects in research, tutoring, extension, events, and courses, integrating activities carried out within the institutional scope.** **Request, register, update, record, provision, verify, evaluate, validate, collect, renew, suspend, and amortize departmental documents, declarations, protocols, and mail pouches.** **Organize, monitor, and provide administrative support to scientific initiation and tutoring programs, maintaining contact with students, faculty, and the academic community.** **Receive, organize, and track new academic projects, issuing specific reports.** **Organize and maintain up-to-date documentation related to teaching, research, and extension activities.** **Assist in organizing and executing institutional events, including assembling kits and supporting initiatives such as Academic Week, ENAD, PRME, A Day at Unibrasil, EVINCI, among others.** **Compile, organize, and consolidate data for the PRME Report.** **Support scientific and extension output, including assistance in producing the institutional journal.** **Assist in layout, editing, and posting journals on the institutional portal.** **Support institutional requirements during visits by the Ministry of Education (MEC).** **Request registrations such as ISBN and ISSN.** **Perform affixing and verification of plaques for institutional artworks.** **Seek and support partnerships with institutional projects.** **Assist in preparing manuals, workflows, and internal processes.** **Organize and support administrative activities related to scientific production and university extension.** **Desired Profile** **Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.** **Proficiency in handling documents, reports, and data.** **Interest in academic and institutional areas.** **Telephone and in-person customer service (occasional).** **Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively.** **Benefits: Meal Voucher or Food Allowance, Transportation Voucher** **On-Campus Benefits: Dental care, physiotherapy clinic, nutrition clinic, speech therapy clinic, gym, swimming lessons, legal assistance, among others.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.036,70 per month Benefits: * Dental care * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Microsoft Office Suite (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
