





Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Preferred: specialization in related areas; * Strong communication skills, ethics, professionalism, interpersonal ability, relationship-building skills, and teamwork; * Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and training courses; * Driver’s license category B. 1. Planning and Strategy * Develop and implement communication and marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for initiatives and propose continuous improvements. * Support institutional campaigns and branding strategies. 2. Internal Communication * Create and manage content for internal channels (intranet, email marketing, bulletin boards, corporate TV). * Produce newsletters, announcements, notices, and employee engagement campaigns. * Support endomarketing projects, internal events, and initiatives focused on organizational culture. 3. External Communication * Develop materials and content for social media, the official website, and press releases. * Manage and monitor interactions and relationships with external audiences. * Support paid media campaigns and media relations, as required. 4. Content Production and Management * Write texts tailored to diverse audiences and platforms (social media posts, advertisements, scripts, presentations, campaigns). * Prepare creative briefs and oversee the production of graphic materials, videos, and communication assets. * Ensure visual identity consistency across all materials. 5. Social Media Management and Digital Marketing * Plan and execute editorial calendars for social media. * Monitor post performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth). * Track campaign metrics for paid traffic initiatives in coordination with the agency or responsible team. 6. Design and Communication Materials * Create graphic assets as needed (social media posts, banners, brochures, templates, presentations). * Manage inventory of promotional materials (promotional items, brochures, banners, etc.). 7. Vendor and Partner Relationship Management * Oversee work performed by agencies, printing companies, and other marketing vendors. * Request quotations, approve materials, and ensure adherence to deadlines. 8.
