Involvement in commercial routines and verifications **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Duties according to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Conduct quantitative surveys on construction sites (perimeter, height, windows and doors, roofs, coverings, common areas, etc.), record information, take photos, complete the quantitative survey checklist for budgeting, scan and attach related documents, and forward them to the data entry clerk for budget preparation; also perform verifications and adjustments to meet commercial routines. Experience with budgeting/3D measurement software. Building Technician. Valid driver's license category B is mandatory. Completed high school education. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Working hours: From 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM). **BENEFITS:** Salary of R$ 2\.499,20\.
