Job Summary:
A professional responsible for preparing legal safety documentation, conducting daily training sessions, and verifying the validity of risk prevention programs to ensure employee safety.
Key Highlights:
1. Prepare legal safety documentation and regulatory standards
2. Conduct daily safety training sessions (DDS's)
3. Verify the validity of risk prevention programs and technical reports
* Prepare legal documentation related to the client company's procedures and regulatory standards (APR – Preliminary Risk Analysis, PET – Work Entry Permit, ART – Task Risk Analysis, etc.); Conduct DDS’s (Daily Safety Dialogues) daily, conveying all necessary information and addressing employees’ questions;
* Verify expiration dates of programs (PPRA – Program for the Prevention of Environmental Risks, PCMAT \- Program for Working Conditions and Environment in the Construction Industry; PCMSO – Occupational Health Monitoring Program, LTCAT – Technical Report on Working Environmental Conditions, PGR – Risk Management Program, ergonomic assessment reports, among others);
* Ensure employee safety;
* Perform other duties inherent to the position;
