**Responsibilities and Duties** **Leadership in integrated occupational risk management** within an industrial environment, including:
* Development, implementation, and monitoring of the **PGR/GRO** (Occupational Risk Management Plan / Occupational Risk Assessment).
* Construction and updating of **risk matrices**.
* Conducting **occupational hygiene assessments**.
* Performing **ergonomic analyses** (AET and biomechanical methods).
**Ensuring legal compliance**, including:
* Adherence to **Regulatory Standards (NRs)**.
* Issuance of **technical reports and opinions**, such as:
* Hazardous working conditions (insalubridade)
* Dangerous working conditions (periculosidade)
* **LTCAT** (Technical Report on Hazardous Working Conditions) and **PPP** (Individual Occupational Profile)
**Strengthening operational controls**, ensuring effectiveness of:
* Work Permits (**PT**)
* **LOTO** (Lockout/Tagout)
**Incident investigation** and preventive recommendations
**Data-driven decision-making**:
* Indicator analysis using **Excel** and **Power BI**.
* Leading **action plans**, prevention programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Emergency preparedness and response management**:
* Development of **emergency plans**.
* Organization, training, and management of **emergency brigades**.
**Results and strategic focus**:
* Reduction of risks, accidents, and work absences.
* Improvement of operational performance.
* Strengthening of the **safety culture** across all organizational levels.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Professional with solid experience in **risk management and PGR**, including risk matrix development and application of methodologies such as **APR** (Activity Hazard Analysis) and **HAZOP** (Hazard and Operability Study). Experience in **occupational hygiene**, conducting quantitative environmental agent assessments and issuing technical opinions.
* Experience in **ergonomics**, conducting **AET** (Ergonomic Work Analysis), applying biomechanical methods, and proposing improvements per **NR‑17** (Ergonomics Regulatory Standard). Knowledge of expert assessments and technical report preparation (hazardous/dangerous working conditions, ITCAT, and PPP), with strong expertise in interpreting **Regulatory Standards**.
* Experience in **industrial processes**, working with Work Permits (PT), LOTO, incident investigation, and implementation of operational controls. Use of analytical tools such as **Advanced Excel**, **Power BI**, and occupational health and safety management systems. Also experience in **emergency management**, organizing drills, and coordinating emergency brigades.
