




Responsible for implementing work safety, inspecting risk points daily, monitoring the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), guiding employees on the correct use of protective equipment, identifying unsafe conditions, taking measures to minimize and/or neutralize them, as well as eliminating unsafe acts. **Responsibilities and duties** In the Work Safety team (People \& Management), you will: * Conduct inspections at workplaces, identifying hazardous conditions and taking necessary actions together with your immediate supervisor. * Support training programs on occupational safety, including onboarding and routine training, as well as awareness campaigns and dissemination of safety regulations, aiming to foster a preventive attitude toward workplace safety among employees. * Guide workers in the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and provide instructions on their correct usage. * Identify and inspect fire protection equipment, examining hoses, hydrants, and extinguishers to ensure they are in perfect working condition. * Participate in the fire brigade to acquire the necessary knowledge to act in emergency situations. * Support the environmental risk prevention plan to minimize occupational diseases and correct potential unhygienic conditions in compliance with current legislation. * Collaborate with CIPA in its programs, analyzing its observations and proposals to implement corrective and preventive solutions for workplace accidents. * Provide support to SIPAT by organizing required activities and resources. * Assist in compiling statistics on workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses, analyzing their causes and severity to implement preventive measures. * Support planning to control the effects of disasters, establishing conditions for firefighting and rescuing victims of any type of accident. * Investigate workplace accident cases, accompanying injured workers to receive appropriate medical care. * Monitor labor legislation related to occupational safety to ensure compliance with safety standards. **Requirements and qualifications** To make it happen, you need: * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field It will be a differentiator if you have: * Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or related industries, or in industrial settings. * Civil firefighter certification or currently studying; * Experience delivering training; **Additional information** * Fixed salary; * Variable compensation; * Medical and dental insurance; * On-site cafeteria; * Food allowance; * Shuttle service; * Life insurance; * Total Pass; * Pharmacy discount program; * Educational incentive; * MCassab University (according to internal policy).
