Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental programs and plans; coordinating teams and managing risks in civil construction. Ensuring legal compliance and safety on construction sites Develop, implement, and maintain the PSST – Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Plan; Develop, implement, and maintain the PAE – Emergency Response Plan; **Implement and maintain the following programs:** PGR, PCMSO, PCMAT, Ergonomic Assessment Report, Respiratory Protection Program, Hearing Conservation Program; Establish actions for implementing OSH&E programs, conducting daily inspections; Coordinate the review and management of OSH&E documentation for the company, subcontracted companies, and their respective employees; Coordinate the daily release of field activities, ensuring they are carried out safely, in accordance with the PSST – Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Plan and PC-ST-001; Coordinate the CIPA – Internal Accident Prevention Committee; Manage the responsibilities of the SESMT team on site; Manage statistical and performance indicators applicable to respective processes and adopt, or ensure adoption of, appropriate corrective actions whenever achieved results adversely impact planned targets; Manage employee exposure to occupational health hazards; Ensure implementation and evaluation of quantitative measurements of environmental risks identified in the PGR; Ensure hazard and risk management and compliance with applicable legal requirements; Advise the production area in planning productive processes with a focus on employee safety; Assign the occupational safety technicians team according to project characteristics and functional responsibilities; Halt any activity posing serious and imminent risk to employees; Participate in construction planning meetings; Ensure compliance with the company’s and client’s OSH&E procedures and monitor their effectiveness throughout the construction period; Develop and implement the annual occupational health and safety campaign calendar; Initiate actions to prevent any occupational safety, health, and environment (OSH&E)-related accidents or incidents; Evaluate lifting plans (rigging plans), authorize and supervise related activities; Evaluate and monitor subcontractors whose activities directly impact project procedures and indicators; Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards; Coordinate, together with the Administration department, the process of supplying PPE to employees; Coordinate incident investigations, identifying root causes and defining preventive and control measures; Prepare and deliver OSH&E performance presentations for the project; Advise the company’s Legal Department on OSH&E matters related to the project; Evaluate and validate the PPP – Occupational Profile Record for the project team; Monitor internal and external SGI audits on site; Define OSH&E corrective actions for project non-conformities and track the effective implementation and efficacy of such actions; Monitor OSH&E results against the project’s strategic plan throughout the year and define actions to meet established targets; Conduct monthly OSH&E evaluations of project suppliers. **Requirements:** Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering; It is essential that the candidate resides in the city or region, due to the requirement of 100% on-site work and the need for daily presence; Proven experience in the requested qualifications and within the Civil Construction sector.
