





Job Description: Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and optimizing all operations related to industrial utility systems. Support the coordination and execution of activities ensuring the continuous, efficient, and safe operation of the company’s utility systems—including water supply, electricity, steam, compressed air, effluents, and refrigeration—while guaranteeing compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities and Duties * Daily monitoring of steam production (steam generation) from boilers, verifying operational parameters through instrument readings; requesting maintenance as needed for machinery and equipment operation, and analyzing products and residues. Monitor equipment operational efficiency by checking temperature, pressure, and laboratory analyses. Guide and supervise process flow, etc. * Compressors (Compressed Air) * Basic Preventive Maintenance: Monitor readings via spreadsheets and request maintenance to ensure equipment remains in operational condition. * Request maintenance for utility system equipment. * Infrastructure * Supervise the organization of bag storage areas and environmental activities. * Provide support to the Environmental Department. * Provide general support for daily infrastructure-related issues across all departments. * Request materials by completing requisition forms, enabling staff to collect them at the Warehouse counter. * Guide the removal of chemical products from the plant together with the Safety Technician to assess risks and hazards associated with this operation, and ensure proper disposal at designated locations. * Assess renovation needs jointly with the Industrial Manager to carry out renovations within scheduled deadlines. * Prepare daily reports for supervision or Industrial Management. Any and all changes must be clearly documented in meeting minutes (ATA) and immediately communicated to supervision and management. * Conduct daily opening and authorization of Risk Analysis (RA), verifying on-site working conditions to ensure worker safety. * Conduct daily opening and authorization of Confined Space Entry Permit (CSEP), verifying on-site working conditions to ensure employee safety. * Instruct workers on preventive measures within the work environment, informing them of physical integrity and health risks through Safety Dialogues (SD). * Supervise the daily activities of the operations team, ensuring proper task execution and equipment performance. * Coordinate and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for utility equipment and systems to ensure appropriate functionality and extend service life. * Monitor and control resource consumption (water, energy, chemicals, etc.) to ensure operational efficiency, reduce costs, and manage consumption. * Ensure all processes and operations comply with environmental, occupational health and safety regulations (technical and quality standards). * Manage the team—including point-based management, vacation planning, application of disciplinary actions, staff training and development, and workplace climate management. Prepare regular reports on operational performance, quality, and area efficiency indicators, presenting improvement suggestions to management. * Develop and implement contingency plans to address emergencies and coordinate responses to unexpected incidents. Requirements and Qualifications Completed technical education in fields such as Electrotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Processes, or related disciplines.
