Our operational units are located in the states of São Paulo and Paraná, and we handle over 4,000 tons daily of wood derivatives and by-products, producing, marketing, and transporting across the states of São Paulo, Paraná, Minas Gerais, and Goiás. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Tractor Operator will be responsible for transporting biomass at client farms in the Ponta Grossa/PR region. * Perform maneuvers for biomass loading and unloading; * Operate, adjust, and prepare tractors for loading and unloading activities; * Perform maintenance on machinery and implements, in compliance with technical and safety standards and procedures. **Required Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proven work experience with tractor and truck (documented in employment record); * Driver's license category C. **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Work schedule: 12-hour shifts followed by 4 days off.
