Job Summary: Operate tractors for various agricultural tasks, including hauling, sugarcane planting, and fertigation, ensuring equipment inspection, maintenance, and cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Operate tractors for hauling, planting, and fertigation 2. Perform inspection and basic maintenance of the machine 3. Work in Bunge’s bioenergy environment Drive tractors in predetermined areas, operating in accordance with required techniques, including hauling, sugarcane planting, and fertigation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct machine inspection before starting work; if irregularities are found, contact automotive maintenance and immediately inform the direct supervisor about any anomalies observed in the agricultural machinery; * Operate heavy-duty wheeled agricultural tractors (towing and hauling) for transporting sugarcane; * Operate agricultural tractors in planting and fertigation sectors. * Operate towed agricultural machinery equipped with hauling implements to load sugarcane in synchronization with the harvester, performing hauling at safe and designated locations determined by the immediate supervisor, in compliance with internal operational technical standards. * Periodically clean and organize the machine during the work shift to extend vehicle service life and ensure proper readiness for the next shift. * Carry out basic maintenance and interventions on machines and work equipment, and/or assist mechanics with other maintenance activities as per the OperMan Program. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education; Tractor Operation training courses; Driver’s license category C or higher. **Additional Information** Reside in cities with public transportation access.
