Job Summary: Responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes, adjusting tools, reading technical drawings, and controlling the quality of machined parts, in compliance with safety standards and procedures. Key Highlights: 1. CNC Lathe Operation and Setup 2. Reading and Interpretation of Technical Drawings 3. Quality Control and Production Monitoring * Performs setup and operation of CNC lathes. * Sets up and adjusts CNC machining tools and machines. * Reads and interprets technical drawings. * Controls machining parameters and part quality by continuously inspecting produced parts. * Follows production schedules as indicated on Kanban boards and fulfills other production orders. * Monitors production processes and oversees machine operations. * Updates tool layouts. * Reports issues requiring maintenance of machines and tools. * Records activities by completing production control forms. * May program CNC machining machines (if required, qualified, and authorized). * Maintains organization and cleanliness in the work area. * Complies with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. * Performs work according to GARDEN’s workflows and procedures. * Adheres to GARDEN’s general procedures and those specific to their department. Required Education Level: High school diploma with specialized courses in the field.
