* If you seek professional growth, new challenges, and recognition, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct safety onboarding for new employees. . Issue safety reports, notifications, and announcements. . Distribute EPIs to employees, record deliveries on individual employee cards, and enforce their proper use. . Analyze workplace accidents and complete specific incident reports. . Support environmental activities (awareness campaigns, industrial waste control and disposal, garbage removal, coordination with CETESB, etc.). . Perform daily factory inspections to identify unsafe conditions and acts, implementing corrective and preventive actions. . Complete monthly and quarterly chemical inventory maps for controlled substances. . Conduct monthly inspections of fire-fighting equipment (fire extinguishers, hoses, pumps, hydrants, alarms, etc.). . Deliver monthly fire brigade training sessions according to the scheduled program. . Monitor the Program for the Prevention of Environmental Risks (PPRA) and implement its preventive actions. . Supervise pest control and rodent control service technicians. . Monitor employee reintegration processes. . Archive all documents related to assigned duties. .
