Job Mission Ensure technical excellence, adherence to deadlines, and organized project management for environmental projects, leading the technical team and guaranteeing high-quality deliverables, efficient client communication, and compliance with environmental agency requirements. **Technical and Operational Management** * Coordinate execution of environmental projects (investigations, monitoring, remediation, and technical reports) * Ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and internal schedules * Review technical quality of deliverables prior to submission to clients or environmental agencies * Organize workflow for the technical team **Team Leadership** * Distribute tasks among engineers, technicians, and consultants * Monitor team members' technical performance and productivity * Conduct technical alignment and deadline control meetings * Provide technical development opportunities for team members **Client and Environmental Agency Interface** * Participate in technical meetings with clients * Support responses to inquiries from CETESB, IMA, and other regulatory agencies * Anticipate technical risks that may impact deadlines or contracts **Planning and Control** * Maintain an integrated overview of the status of all projects * Alert senior management to risks of delays, resource shortages, or technical issues * Support development of technical proposals when required **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * % of projects delivered on time * Number of technical reworks * Non-conformance rate identified by clients/agencies * Organization and updating of project controls * Technical team satisfaction (turnover and work climate) * Client satisfaction
