Position: Wastewater Treatment Plant Technician – Field Location: Mobile operations (Itapevi, Cotia, Osasco, and occasionally Sorocaba) Responsibilities: * Operate physical-chemical, biological, and water treatment plant (WTP) systems; * Monitor equipment, operational parameters, and routines; * Adjust dosing, flow rate, reaction time, recirculation, and aeration; * Record operational data in spreadsheets and systems; * Identify deviations and implement immediate corrective actions; * Evaluate process efficiency and equipment performance; * Conduct operational analyses (pH, turbidity, COD, TSS, DO, among others); * Cover for operators during vacations, days off, and ad-hoc demands; * Ensure operational standardization across different facilities; * Guide local teams on best practices; * Support supervision during audits, diagnostics, and improvements; * Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations; * Maintain facility organization. ✅ Technical Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in wastewater treatment; * Full availability of working hours; * Experience with physical-chemical and biological processes; * Full availability of working hours (variable shifts); * Valid driver's license (CNH). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Ability to adapt to diverse environments and operations; * Flexibility and dynamism; * Responsibility and organizational skills.
